Sugar Skull Journal
This is a charming little journal I made in honor of the day of the dead. It has a colorful sugar skull on the cover, and bright orange marigolds on the end sheets and signature covers. This book also features a built-in bookmark made from a swirling braided waxed linen threads, with a guinea-hen (black and white polka dot) feather at the end (straight from the guinea hens in my back yard)!
This was a very fun book to make, and hopefully adds some color to your halloween! Hoping everyone is having a super spooky day!
